This form clearly outlines our working standards and service requirements among us. After reading the form, you will need to sign it electronically. This contract represents the agreement between you and Yourservices.ie and can be shared with authorities when necessary. Before one of our team members begins their service, during the service, and after the service, there are certain responsibilities they must fulfill. This contract explicitly specifies these responsibilities.
What Yourservices.ie Provides to Pre-Service Team Members:
Safety Equipment: Cleaning gloves and masks, company-branded overalls, T-shirts, or polar clothing.
Service Information: Details of the location where the service is requested, the desired service duration and type, and customer contact information.
A team member will receive the following gross hourly rates:
Repeat Cleaning: €12.70
Cleaning : €13.50

Pre-Service Duties for Team Members:
-Calculate the time needed to arrive at the service location on time before heading there.
Choose the most suitable attire.
-15 minutes before arriving at the customer's location, send a standard message or make a call saying, "Hello, I am [Your Name], a Yourservices.ie representative. I am currently en route to your address and will arrive in 15 minutes."
-When you arrive at the customer's location, send a standard message or make a call saying, "Hello, I have arrived at your address. Could you please meet me?"
-The working hours start after entering the customer's home. For example, if you are scheduled to start a 3-hour cleaning service at 10:00 and enter the home at 10:05, you should leave at 13:05.
Duties of Team Members when starting the Service:
Safety Warning: If you do not feel safe in the environment you have arrived at, you have the right to leave. However, we kindly request that you inform us first. If you genuinely wish to leave immediately, you can notify us after leaving. For emergencies, you can call us at +353871975442 or dial 112 for emergency assistance.
Customer Introduction: When you first arrive, the customer will introduce you to the home and inform you of the tasks they would like you to perform. In this case, you should understand the customer's requests to the best of your ability and provide the best service. Customer requests may not always align with the package they have purchased. In such cases, you should inform the customer of the package they have purchased and advise them to make additional bookings with Yourservices.ie for other services. If customers raise concerns about this, you can recommend reviewing the standards on the Yourservices.ie website.
Completion of Service: After providing the service the customer requested, confirm that everything is in order if the customer is present in the service area. After receiving verbal confirmation, you can leave the area.
Duties of Team Members when After the Service:
You are responsible for informing us if the service has been completed, and if there were any issues during the service period.
Duties of Yourservices.ie when After the Service:
Payments will be provided to you every Tuesday. If you believe there is an error or omission in the payments, you can always contact us.
Repeat Cleaning:
Yourservices.ie policy aims for 100% customer satisfaction. Some customers may not be satisfied with the cleaning. To prevent this issue, always strive to provide the best service. In such cases, customers are entitled to receive up to 2 hours of free cleaning, during which any missed areas or errors will be corrected.
