Privacy Agreement
 

This Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") is made between [YourServices.ie] ("Company") and [Powerhouse Property Services] ("Other Parties") to regulate the privacy and information protection principles between the parties.
 

• Definitions

"Company" refers to the business known as [YourServices.ie]. "Other Parties" refers to the business known as [Powerhouse Property Services]. "Customer" refers to the customers of both businesses.
 

• Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" refers to all information shared between the parties that is of a confidential nature and may include written, verbal, or electronic communication.
 

• Confidentiality Commitment

The parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information shared under this Agreement and shall not disclose it to third parties.
 

• Purpose of Use

The parties shall use Confidential Information solely for the purposes specified under this Agreement. Confidential Information may only be used for the purpose of commercial collaboration between the parties.
 

• Sharing and Disclosure

The parties shall only share Confidential Information with authorized individuals under this Agreement and as required by legal obligations. In the event of sharing or disclosure of Confidential Information to third parties, prior written consent from the other party shall be obtained.
 

• Applicability

This Agreement supersedes all prior written or verbal agreements and communications between the parties.
 

•  Entry into Force and Termination

This Agreement shall enter into force upon signature by the parties and may be terminated by mutual agreement in writing.
 

• Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between the parties, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Dublin, Ireland.

This Agreement shall enter into force upon signature by the parties and may be terminated by mutual written agreement. This Privacy Agreement is made between the parties to protect confidentiality and regulate information sharing.
